DoubleTree "Special B&B Offer for Government Employees" Package Terms and Conditions

Offer is valid for Leisure Stays only and excludes travel bookings for Government or Military purposes. Offer is subject to availability at participating DoubleTree by Hilton hotels worldwide. Valid Government or Military ID is required at check in. Must use Plan Code "GVL" (Americas) and "PBGVL1" (outside of Americas) when making reservations.

The "Special B&B Offer for Government Employees" package is discounted 15% off the hotel's Bed and Breakfast Rate, which is a specific bed and breakfast rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including, but not limited to: membership, corporate, government business, promotional, group, packages, unpublished or rates only available on auction websites. Rates are per room, per night, based on double occupancy. Rates exclude taxes, gratuities and incidental charges. Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers, award stays, or meeting/group stays. Length of stay requirements and blackout dates may apply. Check with your hotel.

Offer includes up to two DoubleTree breakfast buffet certificates for each night's stay; each certificate is valid for one adult and one child, under the age of 12. Each DoubleTree breakfast buffet certificate is redeemable in the hotel's designated restaurant. DoubleTree breakfast buffet certificates are not redeemable for cash; gratuities and alcoholic beverages are not included. Certificate valid for recipient only and is non transferable. Certificates not valid for room service breakfast, after departure or at another hotel. Breakfast offering varies by hotel. A full made-to-order breakfast may replace the DoubleTree breakfast buffet at some locations.

Any modification or cancellation of reservations will be subject to the policy set forth by the hotel where reservation is made.
